Because of the wines low alcohol and due to the sometimes peculiar PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) rules of the UK EU, we are unable to refer to the grape type on the label. Therefore, we derived our name from the Cornish translation for the grape Schnburger, which means pretty sweet hill. Mena = hill, Hweg = nice sweet. The wine is light
